I am a senior at UW studying Informatics with a concetration in Human-Computer Interaction. I am also pursuing a minor in Applied Mathematics and participating in the Husky Leadership Certificate program. Throughout my time on campus I've been involved with leadership in the Greek community, several student organizations and ASUW.
As a Program Management intern at AT&T, I worked primarily with the Governance and Information Management teams in the Network Planning & Engineering organization. I collaborated with dozens of PMs to track and produce metrics on hundreds of project artifacts. Additionally, I restructured internal documents into a centralized database and automated several reports.
In my role as a User Experience / Program Management intern on the Nike Events Tool team, I met with brand stakeholders to define, document and design new features for the NET. Additionally, I critically evaluated and redesigned the integration of ecommerce into the Nike+ Running mobile app experience to be more consumer-centric.
Elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the UW student government representing approx. 40,000 students. Managing 70+ employees, 400+ volunteers and $1.4 million budget. Bringing a new technology-driven approach to association transparency, accountability and accessibility.
As an undergraduate, I served as a Teaching Assistant in the UW iSchool for INFO 498: Mobile Application Design. As a class, we designed a new mobile operating system named Orbit, complete with native apps such as mail, maps and music. As a TA, I conducted lab sessions and assisted in grading student assignments.
I've returned to Nike as a product manager for the Nike Training Club mobile application which is currently being redesigned from the ground up. I focus primarily on the UX of the new app and liaison between brand stakeholders, designers and engineers.
